Black Panther (Civil War) was confirmed to be getting a buff all the way back in 2022, but it never came and then a year after it was still confirmed to be happening. But, it can't seriously take two years to do, right?

    He actually wasn't "confirmed" to be getting a buff. They just said they'd really think about it basically
