Missing AQ Small energy refill from 'Misc' Tab

The Small energy refill for AQ is no longer showing under the MISC tab of the player store.
Any idea why?
Yes, it still shows the one you can get once every 7 days under 'Glory' tab, but only the Large Energy Refill is there like always. No Small Energy Refill for Units like has been since introduced.
