Weirdest Bug - 6* Sinister

I feel like I had pulled a 6* sinister from a 6* relic crystal around christmas, but I couldn't find in inventory. I think I sent a message to support but this went nowhere. Since then I've never pulled a sinister relic of any rarity. Maybe it's randomness, maybe it's a bug?

    It's happened to me many times. Like a few of my 4 stars just suddenly gone missing for no reason though I am damn sure I had pulled them in the past.
