Battleground ranking bugg

Last season in battleground I was Platinum 1 rank. First problem occured when i got rewards. I had 225,000 points but i was in 57% percent, got only 8000 shards for 6 star crystal. Second problem, when the new season in battleground came, it was stated that i got rewards from last season where my rank was Gold 4. I really did fought for Platinum 1 and for better rewards. I find this non-motivational and would appreciate fixed problem which means to again calculate and reward players for their real ranks.
