Messaging users in marvel

Hey can anyone help me out just before the new update came out I was unable to send any messages through it was because not updated yet but I have and I still can't send messages to anyone it very annoying and would be great if someone could tell me how to fix it

this happened to me before..you just gotta get rid of game and reinstall

kabam does it to everyone eventually but no one speaks up cause kabam doesnt wanna help apparently blame us. Nothing we can do sadly oh well
