Plat 3 alliance LF 2 backup players, AQ map 6, 3 BGs raids, no BG requirements

We are looking for 2 new backup player since our old backup is taking some time off the game
War is super important so would be best if you have tier 3 war experience. Will be pushing for plat 3 so should be capable of dealing with common problems on the map (bullseye, Serpent, Maestro, tactic defenders, etc.).
We run map 6 for the free raid tickets (~5k Glory weekly) and do raids with 3 bgs.
There are no strict Battleground requirements. That being said, we usually finish around the 8 mil milestone and land in the top 10%.
