accidentally bought Platinum Track

As the title sais, i accidentally bought the Platinum Track on the alt account which i didn't want to, i thought it was the main account, after i claimed rewards i noticed the progression level is Cavalier which is the alt's progression, any way i can redeem it ?

    If you haven’t use ANY of the items you got from it, and haven’t opened ANY of the crystals (or those from Fragments), then Submit a Request to support and ask for refund.

    You may just have to eat the cost then. I am not sure you will get a refund. No harm in trying I guess. Dont ask for refund through play store or Apple unless you want negative credits.

    If you opened the crystals, then you can't get a refund
