Punisher 2099 5 star featured?

Any information on when the 2099 will be featured on the 5 star again. I want to save enough by then. Links or any info please.

I believe you already missed the opportunity, the second time has passed. You can try pulling him in basic in January. I have 5* punisher 2099 and honestly isn’t my favourite champ and regret trying for him.
