I just pulled bullseye out of a titan from the victory track thing. I know he's getting rebalanced so is he still r2 worthy?

    No major change to him really from the rebalance.

    So I would say yes, he is still R2 material.

    Him getting rebalanced is minor. He’s still a pain on defense. Have fun winning some rounds
