Arcade Game Rank up Gem 3 - 4

Just got Arcade Game 3-4 Rank up Gem and need suggestions on where to spend it and why.
Focusing both defense and attack.

I used mine on shocker and I have zero regrets. But I already had a Maxed out FAM. If I didn't had a FAM ranked up, I'll definitely use them gem on him, He is the best tech champ in the game.
