Parry issue

I keep getting parried while the defender is in its usual passive position holding block (This happens in battlegrounds). My question is how can I get parried by hitting a defender who is holding block?

Not sure what champ you were using, but there's a bug right now when they have double mediums you can get parried. Champs like domino, werewolf, etc

I was using CGR against Bullseye

What's happening is as you're hitting the block the defender drops their block and throws it back up again so fast you really can't even see it and parries you.
