Paragon Quest still locked

Kabam! I become Paragon almost 3 weeks and fully explored Thronebreaker Quest but my Paragon Quest still locked! Is something wrong with my account?

    Did you use the rewards from TB eq to get paragon? If so, that's why. You need to be paragon b4 the monthly eq starts. Maybe support can help or you'll see it next month

    It so strange, even I haven;t got any daily crystal after I became Paragon,@kabam, Can you adress this issue!?
