SSSS Thronebreaker Advice

I'm FTP and recently turned TB with so many 6* champs waiting to be ranked up, so I need rank-up resources. In the SSSS I can only afford to spend on 2 tiers.

Considering my roster, what's better in the long run? I'm thinking I go with C in Tier 1, and A in Tier 2 for the rank-up gems, considering that rank-up resources are pretty available now in the Daily Super Event.
