Input issues and unable to fill out tech support ticket

Dear Kabam,
The game is having some input issues and I can’t even scroll down on the settings tab to fill out a ticket. Issues are as follows:
1. When fighting my champions will randomly dash in while holding block.
2. While mid combo champs will dash backwards for no reason.
3. When attempting to hit the special button the champ will hold and release block.
4. Delayed movements or pausing in attack combos.
This does not happen ALL the time but frequent enough that I am getting irritated enough to try to fill out a ticket.
Current setup:
iPhone 15 Pro
iOS 17.5.1
Clean screen, no screen protector, no damage to phone.
Also being extra cautious to not touch screen in multiple places.
