    I would suggest the 5*. I value his bleed and S1 power drain over his duped ability.

    This is a tough one, but I'd max out your Hawkeye for battle efficiency. If you do your 5* one it might help with prestige. Both are great though!

    I have an unawakened R4 5* HE. I'm happy, very happy. He's been the MVP in Act 5 and the Uncollected monthly quest. The awakened 4* won't have anywhere near as much damage even with that one time hemorrhage and it's best to future proof things.
