Paragon platinum track players, how many exalted crystal shards do you have?

My account is only showing 1,500 shards even though by my count I should have 5,750 from the platinum track and 750 from goal track for a total of 6,500. I tried contacting support but once I submitted in game it asked me to sign in again and is saying I have an invalid password even though I’m signed in on a different tab. Before I try support again tomorrow I wanted to make sure the error isn’t on my end and my total is incorrect if I claimed rewards daily since the event started. If it is wrong, how can I verify I got my 7 star shards or fragments too. I do believe I received all my crystals.
