Rankup Decisions - BG Focus

I'm working through some upcoming rankup decisions and could really use some guidance please as I'm unfamiliar with the comparative use of these champs. I'm pretty well totally focussed on Battlegrounds.

Science: 6* Red Guardian vs 7* Silk (unawakened)
Mutant: 6* Mr Sinister vs 7* Domino (Sig 20)

Silk and domino imo. Or go Sinister if you really him can't really go wrong either way

Silk has better flexibility as an attacker and defender, depending on what you need when drafting. Domino is mostly a defender people underestimate at their peril. I have a max signature Mister Sinister, and he does diddly most matches he is drafted in.

I’d go 7* Domino,..excellent dual threat champ.

Sinister would’ve been a good option but you’re going to be so disappointed when you come across people who run inequity

As for Silk vs RG, can’t really go wrong either way. Both nuke things and have neat utility. ClobberinTime is the RG expert here, but as far as I know, they can both take a lot of the same matchups pretty fast. Comes down to a matter of play style preference

Silk and RG are similar. I prefer RG personally. His rotation is basically sp2, then Heavy and most fights are over. If his sp2 crits, every single champ in the game dies except MAYBE a r3 Sassy or Maestro. That is mainly because of their health pool at r3, but I’ve killed both at r2 in 28 seconds with him.

Silk, her evade is OP and is really useful especially for this be meta.
Domino has great defensive potential too.

Try to rank up 6* using only gems. The incursions will give you 6* 4-5 saga gem and red guardian is a saga champ, so wait out and rank him up with saga gem.

I was planning on using the Sage gem on CGR!

I've no idea when/where my next 6* Rank up get will come from - hence the question, if either of the 6* were significantly more useful then it might be worth the resources. I was going to do Sinister over Domino when was was unduped, but now that she's woke...
