Apple id issue which kabam refuse to resolve

At this point i can confirm kabam support is worst i have simple request to change my apple id to kabam id so i can ise kabam webstore , first I can’t seem to pass my identity check once i do that after sharing 20 screenshots they told me to raise a ticket with new email id . The email that has been already connected they refuse to guide how can i check that , then when i make a new id to raise a ticket they just won’t reply whatsoever.. this has costed me 7* guardian and daily crystals… i have become paragon just to find that i need to restart my account just to gain access to webstore i just disappointed and defeated at this point

To have a Kabam ID, you have to make one. You do that in the game itself. See this article for more information on how to do that: https://help.kabamsupport.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052368272-How-Do-I-Register-My-Account
If there is no Kabam ID attached to your account, you can do this. If, however, you have already done this once, you cannot do it again: once you create a Kabam ID for your game account, you must use that one. If you have forgotten it or lost access to it somehow, you will then need to ask support to change your Kabam ID to something else and assign you a new password for that ID.
If you have never created a Kabam ID, the correct thing to do is create it yourself, not ask for support to do it. If you have already created one, then you have to ask Kabam to change it if you can no longer use the one you created originally. You need to know which one of these situations you're in, so you ask for the right thing.
