Redeemed the new promo code but nothing has come onto my account

I have typed in the new code for the guardian on the web store but have not received it in game. This isn’t the first time this as happened as I redeem the web store free crystal weekly and have not been receiving those either in game. It also doesn’t show any of the new bundle offers (For example the current sinister side show bundles). Is anyone else having this issue or just me?

... Are you sure the email you are using is linked to your main account and not some other alt?

I also didn't get the 7* Guardian. Isthere a way to verify that it went into my account. It showed I got it but never made it to my account? Please tell me what can I do. I know to some it may be just a 7* but to me those are hard to come by.

It turns out it actually went to an old account I had long ago and it got abandoned at level six is there a way I can get the 7* Guardian to my actual account?

It will go to which ever account the email/login is attached to. All you need to do is create a new Kabam ID for your new account, and you will be able to redeem the code again. The limit is one per account, but you can redeem for as many accounts as you own.

Did that level 6 received a Guardian champ?

Use your current game, go to Settings, click on Go to Forums.
If it prompts to create username, create one.
Then go to profile and you should see the email, your game is using.

Please note only one forum account is allowed for use, TOS.
