AI Difficulty Ratings

I am curious about the community’s experience. How would you rate the AI’s difficulty on a scale of 0-10 across all the game modes (trying to keep your score independent of the ratings of defenders in content).

For the game modes of AW, AQ, BGs, Acts 1-8, special quests, incursions, EQ, SQ.
