Absolutely Ridiculous Bug losing my bg match!

Here I am playing bgs, my final match to get to GC. Should be an easy win, I had the better draft and everything looks great. When wouldn't you know it I somehow get parried when using gladiator...3 times!
I just did a heavy attack, normal fight start and started my combo into block when my 4th hit gets parried. Didn't slow my combo or anything!
Next time I figured I'd just stop at 3, nope the 3rd hit got parried! Just as a screw it I tried a 3rd time, got parried, and died.
7 star R3 gladiator vs r4 zemo everyone. Is this going to be fixed?
