Undupe Crossbones R3 or should wait for better???

Guys just explored 100% act 8 & from there I got R3 skill gem...Mantis, Jabari & Crossbones are my options.
Am leading towards crossbones... should I R3 him or should wait for better. Am yet to complete Necro for valiant

    If that rankup won't make you Valiant, I'd hold onto it. When I got Valiant, I made both rankups at the same time, but I'd held onto that gem from Necropolis for like 4 months by that point

    If you like him, rank him up. If not and you're not in rush for valiant, you can hold the gem.
    Mantis is a great option as well
