I ´ve tried open ticket about that, not answer in 2 days from support.
If you clain your special offers of promo codes with PC in https://store.playcontestofchampions.com/ = No rewards
I would like to know if there is any info from KABAM about conect only https://store.playcontestofchampions.com/ Android/IOS
Also if there is any way to have 7* Guardian lost for this, I think checking conection time server account is an easy task...
