Missing Items from Event Quest

Hi, I completed the All Fun and Games event quest at the Proven difficulty, but the game never gave me the five-star shards or the alpha catalysts. This was last night and I’ve restarted multiple times, but I still haven’t received them.

New players can’t hold that many T1 Alpha Cats in their Inventory.

Any extra goes into your STASH - CATALYSTS tab. Stash Icon on bottom right of game's home page.

So as you use a Catalyst, you can go back into Stash and claim some more from there (then they get moved from overflow Stash into your main Inventory).

Only the # of Cats in your Inventory can be used towards Rankups at a single time.

Even though the pop-up “Owned = 3/18” seems to say you can hold 18 in your Inventory, that limit is for higher level players.
(not sure why pop-up says you currently have only 3, instead of Max of 5. Maybe you ranked up someone since you earned them, but you should still have some in Stash if you believe you are missing some).

Thank you for the info about the cap! I had no idea. That being said, I am level 47, so wouldn’t my cap be 18 alpha catalysts? I also checked my stash and the catalysts aren’t there either.

I thought I’d at least receive the shards & catalysts when the event rolled over…

Could also be that those Caps are Progression-Locked (in addition to just LEVEL-Locked) ?

Yeah I’m not sure why it was locked. I thought maybe I’d have to complete the Proven difficulty first to unlock the other ones. I’m playing on an old account of mine and it’s always been kind of buggy. It’s been more buggy since I redownloaded the game a few days ago though
