MODOK LAB suicides mastery

Are suicide masteries extra penalized in MODOK lab? no matter what happens..even my r4 5* champs health completely gets drained within 10 -15 sec even without being hit?

And yes i did check opponants buffs and there are no enhanced bleed or poison buffs active.
