Kushala bug

I have seen it in the last few days in various game modes that kushala is not placing either her incinerate or her soul barb is not doing any damage to opoennet, soul barb one happened in bg against Mr negative in my last match and she didn't place her incinerate in the 1st go and as far as i know Mr negative is not immune to both, 1st sp2 soul barb was doing no damage but on the 2nd sp2 she did damage through soul barb but was very low.
The incinerate thing happened against aw showcase thing boss, 1st one didn't place any incinerate whereas the 2nd sp1 did place it and caused damage to him
Is any1 else facung the same issue

Thing is immune to nullify. You can't place them on him by nullifying buffs. Same for negative
