Lvl 2 raids revive bug

After the reset of the lvl 2 raids revive, my ally mates and I were trying to get modok down after purchasing the revives. Initially, I went in with the regular AQ revives (the 4k revive from glory store) had no problems, got my charges for my ally mates and everything was good. Then one of my ally mates went in with the 1 gold lvl 2 raids revive, game crashed and not only did he lose his revive but all the charges we built on modok up to this point is gonna as well. I restarted the game, went in with another regular AQ revive to see if it's just visual bug but no. All charges gone. @KabamDORK please look into this.
