BUG - MODOK still intercepting Domino medium

As the title says, MODOK is still intercepting the first medium attack that domino does. There is nothing you can do if he does it he will just hit you in the middle of the medium right after the first hit. This is clearly a bug as the defender shouldn’t be able hit you in the middle of a medium attack that does more than hit.

    It’s definitely a bug don’t get me wrong I think it has something to do with him being a 3rd of the screen lol I could be wrong though was he always this massive?
