Overrated/underrated: Annihilus

Since today is the Spring of Sorrow gauntlet, and one of the bosses is Annihilus, what do you think of him in general? He has some good immunities, easy access to armor break, and is a pain on defense to face without a mystic champion.

So is he underrated, overrated or perfectly rated as both an attacker and defender? Would you like to see him as a 7* champion?

    Even with 10 armor break debuffs, he hit trash.

    He was my first 6* and I used him in earlier days for his immunities
