Falcon taking Incinerate damage while locked on Path 9 AW

Why is Falcon taking incinerate damage while locked on in AW Path 9. I just fought Mysterio and took a ton of incinerate damage. This needs to be fixed.

    Well its because Mysterio's Ability Accuracy can't be reduced so Falcon's lock on does not work. No bug.
