A Need For Clarification

Hello all, this is my first time here and maybe my last, I would just like some clarification on a matter from one of the higher ups of the game. So thought-out yesterday I had minimal interaction with MCOC just because I was busy with other activities. After work I decided to get some arena rounds in, everything was going fine until I decided to close the game to rest. At about 5 mins after I logged in back and I got a message that I had been banned for violating "TOS:11" despite not commiting such offense. I'm not asking for much, just some clarification on why this is so. My account name is "boohoo~45" thank you 🙏

I helped my son in Act 3 to show him how to play the game.
Ban worthy?
Did not log in with his account. Swiped and tapped.
So, you see a different play style and ban for it?
You got my account info.
Is it against TOS to show him how to play?
While one might say Act-3 is meaningless (unless you’re talking about BOOK-2 ACT-3, lol)
They can probably tell a major discrepancy in HOW YOU PLAY.
While it is such low content, it is still playing on someone else’s account. You could have instead shown him how to play, while playing on your own account instead. And then they could try out what you showed them on their own account themselves.

Hmm interesting.
Hope all these are for BG modding
It rotates monthly I think with the new champs usually.. I guess its related to the DP Wolverine thing going on.
