Arcade, Northstar and Beta Ray?
Is Patriot could be in?
Maybe a buffed champ like Dr Strange too?

I really wouldn't like to have him as a 7 star unless we had a way to awaken him quickly. He is really bad unawakened and becomes really fun once awakened. Either that or just remove his extra ability accuracy from his sig and put it into his base kit.

I wouldn't say he is bad unawakened. But instead of his awakened ability in his base kit I rather want him to apply something else instead of poisons via his sp1, maybe degens/ruptures or whatever, atleast against cosmic champs.

Call me crazy, but I believe the best way to introduce Dr. Voodoo as a 7* would be through a saga, similar to the current Magnetron crystals with chances to get CMM. This way, it is more likely to have him with his awakened singular ability.

She's still good but honestly when's the last time you saw someone mention her as an option? She really kinda needs the 7* stats at this point. Plus alot of newer mystics overshadow her kit wise.

That has sometimes been the case but it's not a requirement. Batch 4 had Ham/Photon and Vox/Gladiator, and Batch 5 had Werewolf/Kushala
