Can we get a transparent response about compensation for Ice Phoenix? Some did and some didn’t get it.. just tell us the parameters and we’ll know.

    Pretty much this, as explained in at least 7 different threads already that I can find. If you fought her after they reduced her damage then you get nothing as you dont need any. How many threads are you going to open asking for compo ffs

    Ticket was sent and I fought her day one that it opened so until they post specific times that she was fixed I’m pretty sure it was prior to her being adjusted. Thanks for your support assuming that all posts like this are just asking for freebies... Jesus... you CAN just overlook and not respond if you felt like I’m a n00b... but hey maybe kabam will reward you for hav8ng their back on forums.

    Some people who fought her pre nerf (and sent a ticket) did not get compensation.

    Some people who fought her pre nerf (and sent a ticket) did not get compensation.

    I am one of those people. I fought her day 1, right away. By right away i mean at game speed from the moment it dropped. I received two responses back. One said they are sorting it all out and will compensate those who were affected. I'm not holding my breath..
