Incursions Sectors Duplicated?

My alliance leader sent us an image of his incursions having 14 sectors. I checked for myself and found that this is true, the image is attached somewhere here. You can't access them, trust me I tried. I'm hoping this is a bug and not intentional because if it is I need those Magnetron Crystals and t4a. Thank you all and have a good day
