Whenever I try to quote someone when trying to respond, I get this, is this a bug?

    Have you been able to do a QUOTE successfully earlier ?

    So was it just for a moment that this happened ?
    Sounds like a Forum Server issue.
    (when forum has been down in past, I think the term “Vanilla” has been part of the “unavailable” message)

    It sometimes work, it sometimes doesn't work.
