Beta Ray Bill Giveaway Winners

Hi all. I was one of the lucky few to win the Beta Ray Bill giveaway in the last stream. It was told that we'd be contacted by Kabam mods on Twitch, to get our game account info. However there hasn't been any communication from them and the new update is almost here. So I wanna check if it is just me or the others haven’t been contacted either. If anyone else on this forum won in the past, or knows how this goes, please share info about it. Thanks in advance. Cheers!

Well the update itself hasn’t been released yet so once it releases you should be able to claim him

Thanks! but there’s a misunderstanding. I’m not inquiring about getting the champ. I’m inquiring about how or when Kabam contacts the winners to get their account information to send stuff.

I’m guessing email or they will send it to you via in game mail

They send a message to you on twitch and ask some info like your ally name to verify its you
