My account was linked with google account
Now I have changed my device to IOS and the game does not allow me to link my gmail account to my new device
It allows only to link with KABAM account

You need to create a Kabam ID (email address and password), just like you have for Forum here. Actually, can probably use same Kabam ID for Forum and in Game.
And then link that Kabam ID to your game account (sometimes hard to do, may need to Submit a Request to support)

Same gmail email address can be used for your Kabam ID. (but as an email address / username, and not a Google account)

It's just that it won’t be able to use Google's Play Center “Automatic Login” anymore when switching to iOS.
