I don't know who to start upgrading to R3-4

Stark Spidey, Dust, Hulkling, Domino, Bishop, Prowler, Vox, Human Torch, Juggs, Quicksilver, Angela, Silk, Destroyer, Cassie Lang, Iceman, Cap IW, Sinister, Hyperion...

If only I had infinite level/rank materials

    Hulkling is a good place to start. Great utility, damage, two way champ in BG, helpful in questing and all around useful. Also probably won’t be a 7* any time soon so a good use of materials. Congratulations on having so many great options.
