I noticed the rewards for the legendary difficulty are quite good. I am not sure if i will be able to finish it now tho. Will the completion rewards for legendary difficulty be available after end of this month too? As the original post said that this will be made permanent content.

The rewards for legendary are permanent. You need to explore either difficulty, so you can do normal, between now and September 4 for the vision piece, reunion token and a 1>2 gem.

It's a permanent content so all rewards will stay.. but u need to finish the objective for that Vision piece done in next 20 days or so..
