Raids Charges disappeared after Someone crashed mid battle

We had around 15 charges for each of Vanguard, Assault and Tactician and they are just gone after someone crashed mid fight or something.
We need a fix for this right now..its really messing up stuff for the entire alliance and costing us units to complete it. Idk if we will even get compensation for this, but we should.

    That happened to use last raids. We had the guy written up a ticket. Nothing. So don't get your hopes up.
    Modok isn't registering getting fervor this time.
    Probably will be out last raids till he's changed or AI gets better.

    its been a known bug for maybe 3 or 4 years now, kabam has done nothing to fix it ( pre fights/ cross fights eg odin buffs galan seed horseman disappearing on crash/ reload)
