Cellular/Wifi - Happens on both
Version - 46.0.1
Gamemode - Happens in all
Champion affected - Dust
Boosts - Happens with and without
Description - When the opponent purifies a debuff they gain 1 Sand passive
If the a Sand debuff is purified an additional 2 are supposed to be afflicted
This would equal 3 Sand passives and that is how it worked prior to the recent update
Now when purifying a Sand debuff only 2 Sand passives are placed.
