HULKBUSTER OR SPOT???? REALLY CONFUSEDDDD!!

Hey guys...I have this rank up gem which can be used only for these particular champions and I thought it would be a great if I use it on either hulkbuster or spot but I'm confused....

Spot needs to be high sig and awakened.

Spot needs the dupe but is good with sigs.

Hulkbuster doesn’t even need the dupe at all
