Titan Pool - Wrong Champs Available

So I had 4 titans to open and some basics.

I opened my titans BEFORE the reset. I was seeing and actually pulled the new champs BEFORE the crystal changed over.

I opened the basics after the change over and they were as should be.

I have opened a ticket but so far only the generic reply. I didn’t pull a champ from the old 6 that were due to rotate out so I believe the Titan pool changed over early and I was not given the correct pool of champs to draw upon. Has anyone else had this happen today?

    I opened cosmic crystals 30 minutes after the Titan pool changed and got Sersi, so it is working fine

    Everything after the pool was supposed to update was fine. But the Titan contained the wrong champs BEFORE the reset.

    I got Northstar and Arcade which should not have been possible
