New reunion crystal bug

Last night I claimed my reunion crystal in the crystal tab then when I clicked out of it it, it said that I still had a crystal ready to claim then it gave me two timers for the crystal. Kabam please fix this so I don’t get autobanned

It is OK to open the extra crystals.
They will fix it so that Free ones will not be getting extra anymore.
And will be compensating people who bought the Double-Up with an extra one for every extra (bugged) one they had gotten.
