Spring of Sorrow AKA - Impending Extortion on Steroids also AKA Sucks to be you

So last week I attempted to complete Spring of Sorrow before it expired took the left side and got to the Gwen Pool node where among things it listed "Impending Extortion - 2 to sum it up if the timer related to this expires the attacker is dealt a burst of damage equal to 1% however I was losing at least half my health sometimes more. Did a cost analysis for continuing (ouch) so then put a ticket in with Support, told it was escalated and go to the forums..day 1, day 2, day 3, nothing . Put in a new ticket (old one closed) and got asked the same questions and provided the same information along with the same Video data.
Long story shorter, content expired lost out on the Units and resources spent, did not get the rewards and the Support Team while nice basically said there's nothing we can do for you.
Yeah, I'm pretty p#ssed, but my girlfriend is happy those hundreds of dollars each month, thousands of dollars a year I spend on this game will now get to be spent of other things....
No offense intended but this company can help themselves along way by being better at Customer Service, sure you probably have a lot of folks who spend on this game, but why literally do things that make folks who spend commit to not spending?
