Psychic shielding champs....very confused

Hello guys...I returned to this game after a long time and I have encountered a strange thing fighting against Emma frost....

WHY MAGNETO(RED) CANNOT AVOID HER REVERSE CONTROLS
....SHOULDN'T HE BE ONE OF THE PSYCHIC SHEILDING CHAMPS

    Psychic shielding doesn’t make you immune to all reversed controls. It’s just the special chaos inversion mode that specifically excludes psychic shielding characters

    There are two types of inverted control immunity.

    The first is straight up inverted control immunity which is stated as such in a champs kit. This can be seen in champs like Wiccan and Juggs. Mags does not have this.

    The second is psychic shielding, but it only applies with nodes that specificly state that champs with psychic shielding bypass the inverted controls caused by the node.

    I can't get in game to check right now, but I thought Emma's ability specifically said it was countered by psychic shielding.

    You are correct. I forgot that her sig was also that specific.

    I just tested this myself and Mags was working just fine against her. Where was the Emma you fought and what nodes were on her?
