Explore necropolis. They have a selector on the reward list where you can choose a champ from the base pool. Venom was in the base pool so he is in the selector. Thats the quickest guaranteed option. The other option is to keep opening the basic crystal but the speed can vary base on rng. You could get him on your next pull or your next 20th pull.

It depends on who those champs are. If you've got an R4 or higher Aegon, then the only other champ you need is a reverse control champ to make your life with the grandmaster easier...and revives. If you don't have a high Aegon, then you need a collection of champs like Shuri, Zemo, Chavez, Doom, and Wong. There's probably a few others that are useful as well, but you pretty much need a full team with some variation of those champs (with Shuri at a minimum) to do it without Aegon.

I'll say kate is terrible for exploration unless you're super skilled. Aegon is miles better and is even cheaper if you're just average with kate.

But If OP can invest time in learning her completely and playing her efficiently under stress, Kate centered team can do each path in less than 30 revives each.
