Thoughts on Deathless Vision

I personally think he's the worst deathless so far. Not sure what others think though. Damage is incredibly worse than other deathless champs and power control is worse than the other two visions.

What are your opinions on him?

He’s right. AOU vision has some of the best power control in game at max sig, just has low damage. Deathless has both trash damage and trash power control. AOU takes it.

Yes as he was never about damage but controlling fights deathless cant control fights anymore its bad when removing the one thing he was good at also sure he has damage but all they had to do on pre existing was make specials deal damage

How i see it is no one has made vids on him unlike dkg and deathless guilly so u can kinda see where he falls into

He has literally nothing beyond his power control, which is good but by itself isn't enough to make him a desirable option. Deathless vision has power control that is weaker than og or aou vision but he also has more immunities, access to phasing, lots of ways to increase his damage, more access to heal block which also punishes the opponent from healing and is very likely going to have strong synergies with deathless thanos.

Vision has some nice immunities. That's where the positives end unfortunately, sub par power control, bordering on bad and absymal damage. They took niche aspects of every vision Viv included and just watered them all down to make him below average at everything

How i see it is no one has made vids on him unlike dkg and deathless guilly so u can kinda see where he falls into

Sure, and that's literally all he can do. Deathless is better in every other aspect and can actually be used for things other than power control where he is still useable

Yeah, but taking something from 100 to 30 to justify increasing 4 other things by 5 each, doesn't make for a better overall character. (Numbers made up for illustrative purposes)

If you make up the numbers of course it's not going to seem justified. Dll stated that og visions power control is as good as power control could possibly be without being broken and in order to buff him they would actively have to nerf his power control. Deathless vision isn't replacing og vision, you can still use him, but his damage is objectively better than og and he also has more utility and immunities. My argument isn't that he's top tier, it's that focusing on 1 single aspect of his kit while ignoring the rest of it isn't great comparison. By all means you can use og vision, I just disagree with the idea that people would actively choose to use og over deathless in any legitimate content just because his power drain isn't as strong

The point I was trying to make was that they took too much away from his power control and didn't give him nearly enough to make up for it. I personally feel that they overvalued the phase and the coldsnap immunity in their power budget and either should have given him a lot more damage, or left his power control alone. I mean this is a deathless champ that took a lot of effort to get, he should be at least slightly above average.

How is his power drain unreliable? It still procs 100% of the time and it is still decently strong it's just designed to be used for his utility more than just a thing he does.
