How is it that a pull that has a 0.5% chance of being pulled present in 99% of my final reels?I’m used to crystal reels being a “gotcha” mechanic but I mean this one feels gross at this point.
Never spin out valiants, they’re the meanest things
Okay, it seems this is coming up again for some reason, but there seems to be some misconception and conspiracy, so here goes. The reel is not representative of anything. It's a visual effect. This hasn't been a secret, ever. They've told us many times. The outcome is generated the second we click Open, or place the Crystal to spin. There's no rolling of outcomes. It's not even possible to display a true representation of the drop rates because there's not enough time in the spin. It's just a random display of some of the outcomes. That's randomized based on the number of outcomes and not their rate of occurrence.

OP already addressed that in his post but thanks for your input. It's just that this specific crystal is a bit too much on the bait side of things compared to previous crystals.

The reels are incredibly manipulative and gross. It shows you tons of good stuff and always rolls over to the lone stinker. Imagine if you didn’t look at the odds, because the reels make you think that the good stuff is realistically achievable when in reality it’s not at all. It’s one of the nastiest part of this game by far.Team pop
If it’s only for entertainment purposes, gee… I wonder why they would go to the trouble of radically exaggerating the potential rewards by visually emphasizing the thing you have almost no chance of winning? It couldn’t be because they know it’s possible to manipulate players to open more crystals. Gee, could it?

It’s a mechanic that is used in plenty of games of chance. My point is that in this crystal it’s completely over done.

There are a number of specific possibilities and the reel displays those on a random basis.
