Battlegrounds blank screen

in Bugs and Known Issues
In the last fight of my battlegrounds my screen was completely blank and i lost the battle without even entering the battle. I want some answers i have multiple images as proofs of the problem

    I would have crossed the title of platinum 1 and entered the dimond v for the first time. This battlegrounds has been awful of matchmaking and now if we can't enter the game then it is worst. i except some kind of answers and some compensation for this, as a cavalier player i don't have any exclusive ways to earn the shards. Now, kabam is taking away the minor chances i have with these glitches
